Mary will be traveling abroad from 8th August, 2019 to Monday September 12th 2019 and will not be available.
If you are already a client of mine, here is some general information that may answer your questions while I am away.
If you need urgent medical help please contact 911 or your doctor.
If you are taking a daily remedy in liquid and you notice a major change, for better or worse, please take a break until things settle or until I return, whichever is sooner. If your liquid remedy is running low you can refill it with water and it will still work very well.
If you were doing well on a dry remedy and had a clear set back lasting more then two days, please repeat your dose by taking a drop of the same remedy in water with 10 succussions (bashes on the palm of your hand.) The exact amount of water is not important, but leave 1/3rd of the glass container empty so the liquid moves when you plus it.
If your liquid remedy stops working consider increasing succussions to 100 and if that fails to help order the next potency up. Potencies go up like this – 30c, 200c, 1m, 10m. If your remedy is a nosode you may need to contact one of my locums to obtain it.
If you have a first aid situation you may take any well matching remedies – use your kit leaflet.
If you suspect you have a genuine acute, and family members and friends have the same symptoms, and you are not able to ride it out, you may take any well matching remedies – use your kit leaflet.
If you have an acute that no one else has, it may be your body attempting to throw off your chronic condition. In other words it is part of the Direction of Cure and it is best not to take a remedy. If you are too ill to wait it out, please contact one of my locums and they will advise you.
They’ll also help if you have more complicated issues or questions.
Both my locums are trusted colleagues:
Jenny Hwozdek https://www.
Kelly Callaghan https://www.
They have very kindly offered to be on standby, and charge my clients a pro rata amount of their hourly fees, during my absence. Please explain your situation and discuss what fees may be due before booking with them. If necessary, they will work on your case and tell you where to purchase any additional remedies you might need.
Wishing you well,
Mary Aspinwall
