Prospective clients

Thanks so much for your interest in working with me. My practice is already very busy and for this reason I limit my new client intake to just two or three people a week.

I like to choose my clients carefully to ensure a positive experience for both of us. For this reason, I ask you to have a ‘clarity’ call with my assistant , Lucy Beckford*, first, to assess whether we are a good fit to work together.

My chosen clients are those who are committed to their own well-being and prepared to work on any aspects that may be obstacles to them returning to health and vitality. For this reason, I give preference to people who are active members of Mary’s Homeopathy Study Group on Facebook. If you are not a Facebook user please familiarize yourself with the basic ideas behind homeopathy – The Law of Similars, The Law of the Minimum Dose and Direction of Cure. My site has a free, short online course that covers this simply

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are happy with my terms before contacting me:

Training and credentials

You acknowledge that I am not an MD and that I am not taking on the role of your primary care physician.
Before our first session you agree to copy / paste all of this page into our contact form with the words “read and agreed” as the subject.

Privacy and Communication

You agree to work with me privately and not to discuss the work we do together in any public forum, including Facebook and Mary’s Homeopathy Group, unless by prior mutual agreement. You agree to communicate with me directly and clearly about any concerns you may have.

You agree not to take other remedies, besides the ones I suggest, unless it is an emergency situation or we have discussed it beforehand.

Costs and credit

You agree to my fees of $700 for the initial three months. The full amount is due the week before our first scheduled appointment and is non-refundable. My commitment to you is to do my best and to partner with you in restoring your health. I cannot, and do not, guarantee the outcome. I reserve the right to end our agreement if these guidelines are not followed.

Payment is by credit or debit card and full payment must be made before the initial consultation. If you don’t already have my Blue 36 remedy Deluxe Family Kit please add one from my site. Please don’t make any payment until you have been accepted as a client and offered an appointment time. Here is my online checkout:

Remedy costs

Please note that the cost of remedies (and shipping) are not included in the $700 fee. You should expect to pay approximately $20+ per constitutional remedy, including regular shipping.

You agree to have a 36 remedy Deluxe Family Kit on hand at all times, in case of injuries or acute illnesses. Help with these is included during the first three months.

Three month constitutional care plan

You agree to work with me via the Zoom Room link we will provide. Your computer/ tablet/ smart phone should have an activated camera and a microphone.
The first session, the intake appointment, is 80 minutes long.
I then allow myself a further period of research time over the following week.
The remedy, or remedies, I recommend, together with pharmacy info, will be sent to you via email.
You agree to order these as soon as you receive the email from me.

Three weeks after taking your first dose of the remedy, you agree to contact my PA, Lucy, to arrange a follow up appointment with me for the following week.
This second session is a further 40 minute appointment where we go over the case, in detail, to see what improvements there have been and make decisions about the next steps needed.

Three weeks after that second appointment you contact Lucy again via our contact form to arrange a third appointment for the following week.
Setting a phone calendar reminder is helpful to ensure that appointments are booked within the agreed monthly time frames.

All three appointments should be completed within three months of taking your first dose of the remedy recommended. Please note that I can only extend the agreed time period in exceptional circumstances, because of my time commitments with other clients.

If more help is needed at the end of the initial three months, a new agreement will be made if both parties want to continue, this is something we will discuss in the third session.

If you have made good progress, the third appointment includes advice on how you can manage your own case and how to time remedy repetitions.
At the end of the initial three month period most of my clients are ready to switch to a more ad hoc arrangement with me, making appointments as needed.
Follow up appointments for constitutional care are 40 minutes long and further research time is included. The fee is $150. My constitutional care clients can also request an email appointment for serious injuries and acute minor illnesses ( such as coughs, colds, flu, UTIs etc.) These cost $75.

Free 10 minute call

If this all sounds good and you are sure you are ready to make both the financial and time commitment involved, then contact us to arrange a time for your ‘clarity’ call with Lucy, to see if we are a good fit for one another.  Lucy will then get in touch with you to advise next steps.

Please note there may be a period on a waiting list before our first appointment is scheduled.

Wishing you well
